It doesn't matter if you can't get high off of this or not, people won't allow it. Same thing happens with hemp. Hemp has the potential to really give our economy a kick in the ass with all of the jobs it would create and all of the markets it would be in, but even though it's not even potent, to the point that you wouldn't be able to get high off of it, it's illegal.
