I read somewhere else that it isn't actually legal, its just decriminalized, or something. Which basically means, "Do it, and we can still refuse you as a consumer." Which would be crazy if those numbers are accurate, but still in their full legal right.


And I would be willing to bet my left pink toe that the video game ruling was 110% based on the whole "Hot Coffee" fiasco, which is why it only pertains to video games.

Good news none the less for techies world wide.
