Maybe, but for me the unacceptable part about the policy was that they used to cut off your internet entirely if you exceeded the cap twice in 6 months. No service for a YEAR. Not good if you live in an area where Comcast is your only option, or even the only good one. Another thing I don't like about the cap is that watching Xfinity(Comcast's TV service) on your computer or Xbox doesn't count against the cap, but Netflix, Hulu, and other competing services do. Net neutrality much?
