I'm sure it's traceable via IP address, but as long as you aren't calling in bomb threats or school shootings I really don't think they're gonna do anything. I've been pranking people with this for years and haven't gotten in trouble. I've gotten to talk to their supervisor before but that wasn't anything intense.
