Yar.. A government worker felt the need to randomly releave himself in the woods.. after walking about 30 feet he saw a black trashbag. For some reason unbenounced he decided to kick the bag, and out rolled the skull of a young girl. Authorities have done the research, and they aren't yet confirming it is the indentity, however common sense tells us that it is.
