McCain came out and said that if Congress doesn't approve a bailout plan by the debate, he won't show up. He's screwed either way now--if he doesn't show up, he looks like a total flake. If he does, he looks like he has no balls. Haha
Yeah, but they have already agreed on terms, now it just has to be pushed forward.
