I'm confuzzled all to hell here...
They are barely questioning her now? And so what if they subpeona her testimony, all she has to do is lie in court. Once she swears on that bible anything she says is truth unless it can be readily disputed. And I don't know about you, but how many times do you call the cops after a star has a huge party? Never! If someone is passed out, you call a friend and let them know, "Hey, dude musta got fucked up last night, man, he's out cold!" So, playing to that is going to fall through. As for waiting 3 hours, I think it was, to call the cops, well no duh. See previous sentance. After 3 hours, you would try to get him to at least say something. Failing that, then you would call the cops. I see no foul play or cover up here.
As far as her immunity goes, just for asking for it makes you the bad guy in the public's eye. It's automatic, if you didn't need protection, you wouldn't ask for it.
