hahaha true. half the morons at my gym have massive upper bodies but they have legs like twigs and its annoying to see people so moronic. my legs are slowly getting there since i have trouble hitting my calves properly.
i try not to eat beef unless i necessarily have to. i eat alot of kangaroo steak which has about 30-40 grams of protein and almost no fat to every 150 gram serve. + it tastes sick.
