I think pretty much everybody agrees that the answer for you is NO. You can't be a writer if you can't write properly. Start writing properly and everybody might turn their opinion around of you. Until then I really don't see you as getting that position.

I've considered being a translator, but I dunno. It feels like a lot of work. If someone gets angry then I have to deal with it, you know? I'd rather just relax.
