Well, somewhat. He announced that he has clinched the "pledged delegates" majority. Which technically means, he can't lose. Obama is clever with how he chooses his words, bastard. I think he did try to not shoot himself in the foot, yet. I wouldn't be suprised to see more Super Delegates jump onto his bandwagon during this week and next to put him over the top.
