Students don't have more sex when they have birth control options, and they don't have less sex when they don't have options.

They will have sex either way, might as well make sure that they will be protected if they decide to have sex. Restricting birth control from minors only worsens the problem.

Dunno about the pill, though. That can have some pretty serious side-effects and stuff like that. I say stick with condoms. Worst thing that happens there is latex allergy.
