It's a decent system really but there's a few flaws with it. If you have a lower level person in your group you tend to get matched with a lower group. Also, people will lose levels on purpose so they can play lower level people and win. It kinda defeats the purpose if it's not a good game sometimes.
Yea but bungie as of late has made it so boosters dont get that advantage anymore. Im not sure how they accomplished that but it was good when i was playing. Also, modders seemed less likelly then usually
