Here's your demo, buddy.

Easy using the RMXP built in functions:

Conditional branch checking if the monster's switch is ON.

If it is, then nothing happens.

If not, it creates an Enemy Encounter with a custom Defeat Handler -- if you win, then that monster's switch is turned ON.
