i run a similar build if i run 2 man in UW. an average run is 15-20 mins, excluding coldfires as the drops they give are just pathetic. once you get spiteful on the aatxes they will wear down fast. get you monk to agro all aaxtes as i get mine too.stand down below by the guy you get quest from and cast spiteful on atleast 2 of them, every recharge cast it on another, this combined with suffering and disease allows 8 aatxes to be dead in around 25-30 seconds. from there the run is basically over, as the smites pose no problem at all. get your imonk to agro around 15-20 smites then just huddle in bonettis, cast spiteful spirit first!!!!!! not suffering, cast spiteful first and then suffering straight after on same target. usually only takes 1 cast to fully kill all smites attacking. very fast and efficient build, been running it 2 man for around 4 months, also modified it to run it solo in UW with n/mo. average run 20 mins as opposed to 10-15 for 2man. well worth it. buying my 6th and final set of fissure when we get favor today.
