Frosty??

First thing that popped into my head, was one o the little bits of cereal (Frosties)...just one...you get a free one little bit of frosted wheat that's been made into a little square...

But it isn't...then I thought...maybe it's some kind of milkshake...or ice-cream...

So, what is a Frosty??
