Eat whatever you want Grav, just dont eat late at night, or within a few hours before you sleep.
You shouldn't have to be all
hardcore
like IRON DFD over there.. just do a few crunches and pushups every other night or so untill you get strong enough to do more without hurting yourself.
Getting a job in the construction industry is a good way to keep active... lol

Ever carried one hundred and fifty or so 80 pound bundles of shingles up a 40 foot ladder? I have .. lol every carried a forty foot ladder?... I do very little excersize at home cause I work so hard...
