Between balancing yourself on three extremely sharp (demonstrated prior to routine) samurais, then while balanced, breaking concrete blocks with the forearms of each arm, and standing on nails, jumping off, and jump kicking 4 cinder blocks into pieces, this competition actually makes me nervous just watching it.
Its awesome, and all these guys go nuts before, during, and after each break. Gotta love the enthusiasm.
