And why the hell would you suggest using a Hoto Sovy? It has no IAS what so ever for Smite and it has pretty close to useless stats for a V/T. The only thing that might be viable on it is +3 Skills which wouldnt matter cause your smite speed would be so incredibly slow you would be better off using a magical weapon with the Suffix Quickness mod.
Because I've never made a V/T and thought, hey! +3 to skills and resists would be cool!
