If you use a CD crack, you can't even play on multiplayer, and there's also a mystery bug that when you load multiplayer, a black screen comes up and the game crashes and you're back at your desktop. Now, I'm not sure if they fixed this yet, but I was very disappointed when I couldn't play on multiplayer. I'm not buying Splinter Cell 3 unless I know for sure those types of bugs aren't in the game.
