Your health will, with CTA not even rise above 1600, assuming you have insane life charms and life on your skillers. My lightning sorc has 4.5K+ Life and max block, using CoH, Ber'ed Griffon's and KoKoMal. Dmg reduction isn't a problem, also, an act 2 merc is indeed better than a rogue but because of the lightning skillers mana won't be a problem, so a rogue merc could be good for other sorcs. But act 2 is better overall since you can teleport on the sorcs aswell . Nice build.
