In a way HM you have played into their hands by showing that blizzard interviened because now you have alerted the d2 community in general that Blizzard is not all talk, atleast not anymore.

ALthough the files can be attained elswhere making blizzard's action's useless, the hellmonkey's site was a good safe place to get files. and although it was ultimatley useless it's a start for blizzard. They are caught in a bad position and continue to try an enforce fairplay.
