un lha32.dll is a DLL that's used to process unzipping features.. from what I can tell, it's like a checksum.
Method 1: Use MY dll file (attempting to attach)
Method 2: Try downloading it again, maybe it was corrupted.
Go to http://zelaron.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18131 and follow the link to Likwid's RPGMaker site. You want the first two files in the Download section - the Common RTP and RPG Advocates RM2K3 Translation 1.08.
