If there must be an answer, then it shall be as follows.
If the bottom statement does not fit one or more of these definitions, ( http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=true) then it may be classified as untrue. Therefore, the top statement would be false, and the bottom statement would have just been proven true.
Example: The bottom statement cheated on his girlfriend. He is unfaithful; he is untrue. The top statement proclaims him to be true, and it is false. The bottom statement, claiming that the top is false, would then be true.
Senseless... I know.
