I think if I had to pick a person by Looks and Personality I would go with Mandy Moore, she is hot
Acer fines minor features in someone you know things u would have to stare at the person forever to notice and makes a big deal out of them

plus i showed her to him b4 and he doesn't like it just cus i like it it's one of those things.

I think she is fuckin hot as hell
