yeah your talking about U.S of A here buddy :-P well just th ghetto part. in the "white" neighborhood i hear that people avoid fights by paying people! there was this time a buddy of mine dropped me off work and some fooo was looking at him and my buddy said WTF are you looking at and went up to that foo and before you know it he was willing to give 20 bucks...he said hell no i want all of it, and he came up about 300 bucks (wait a minute i think this was a robbery :-P )
