TO K-R: Don't actually waste time clicking on the monster. Put your actions on Shortkey. Press alt+C. then Click on next target, drag it to your first empty circly looking thing on the right. then drag attack to your second one. then drag pick up nearby items to your 4th. and drag sit down to your 10th (last one) that should be easier and most of the time does not require to use a mouse. To use shortkeys is F1-F10.
