Well, since it's Friday, and I'm a nice guy, and it's 12:33 here, I'm going to give all of three of you the win.
Umm... I don't see where you got that title from. I did a lot of searching, and all I could find was the tentative title (GTA IV). A link would be nice.

EDIT: I've seen RUMOURS as of now, but no actual proof.
