To remove the drivers, if in Windows 9x, right click on My Computer go to Properties and go to (I think, it's been a while since I have been on 9x) Device Manager. From there open up the Sound tree, click on your driver and click remove. Reboot then try installing the drivers again, get the newest drivers from their website.
In XP, right click My Computer again, go to Hardware then Device Manager, and do the same things.

Maybe tonight we'll fly so far away... We'll be lost before the dawn...
