I have a pretty good idea how fat 275 really is. I'm 6'2 and my dad is 6'3. He was a pretty thick guy and only weighed about 235 at one time, although he down to 220 now and looks much better.

Also, I was around 205 at one point last year and I definitely noticed a major change in my build. If 205 is not defined, I can only imagine, and quite well at that, what 275 is. BTW, I'm 187 now, and if I say so myself, pretty cut.
