this is on East. well +to life items do screw up the way the bugged eye works becuase when u acheive positive life it no longer works. this is the reason u can only use it until about lvl 30 something. because every time u lvl u gain life. and no you cant heal at shrine, akara, or full rejuvs. so the best strat i found is to use one small rejuv which take u to about 18k then u have to heal the rest with superhealing pots. at least that is how mine seems to work.
