Whats your current max bench and how many times can you do it, I know, I know that for 11 its a bad age to bench i heard it can fuck my body up, but i cant resist with a pretty ass bench and bar and pleanty weights in my room!!! Who couldnt???

My max is currently 75, i can only do it 5 times, but... Its good enough for me, 65 i can do aboot(for u canadians) 15-20 times and you get the process..
