Anyway, seems like you're building the standard kind of Hybrid.
Sword/Shield, Double Throw that is.

For Sword, I'd compare two swords for you.
Cruel Legend Sword of Swiftness/Quickness (Clean 2 socket)
1 hand damage, 92 - 228
2 hand damage, 204 - 380

Range 3
either Swiftness or Quickness, you'll be one hand WW'ing at 5fpa.

For Legend sword, you'd need a total of 75% ias to reach 9fpa Zerk. 30% or 40% + 2x 40/15ias + 20ias gloves = 80 or 90. If it is of Quickness, you can put only 1 40/15 ias and reach 75% ias, leaving the other socket for a 40/15 max.

So, 380% CLDoS (2x 40/15ias) will do:
1 hand: 110 - 273 = 191.5 avg.
2 hand: 244 - 456 = 350 avg

380% CLDoQ (40/15ias, 40/15max)
1 hand: 110 - 288 = 199 avg
2 hand: 244 - 471 = 357.5 avg

But most just go for a Cruel Colossus Blade of Quickness:
Clean, 3 socket:
1 hand damage, 104 - 264
2 hand damage, 236 - 464

Range 3
You'll be 40% ias to reach 5fpa one hand WW. Which is, already there.

However, for 9fpa zerk, you will need 150% ias.
And that's 110% ias you'd need.
You'll need 20% gloves, and 60% ias from armor, and 2x 40/15ias in sword, along with a 40/15 max.

You will get:
420% CCBoQ (2x 40/15ias, 40/15max)
1 hand: 135 - 358 = 246.5 avg.
2 hand: 306 - 618 = 462 avg

But that's losing 30% DR from Shaft.
