Well, first off, this belongs in the Help Section.
Secondly, before you reinstalled your Voodoo 3 drivers did you UNINSTALL them?
I used to have a Voodoo 3 and came across a problem like this once.
You must completely uninstall ALL VooDoo 3 drivers + material.
I called their tech support when this happened (when this happened VooDoo was still alive) and they had me manually delete all the drivers and files. I forget all the names though, maybe their site has it.
