It's not necessarilly a matter of feelings. Generally, when abstinence is the case, it's a matter of morals. Silver and I are waiting for marriage not because we don't want to get pregnant, but because it is the right thing to do.

You damn near deserve to be shot for thinking that. Why would a person be with another person they love for three years and abstain from sex, only to go to college and get it on with every slut you see?
We are going to different colleges, but she will only be a considerable distance from me the last 2 years of college since she is transferring. I know it will be difficult, as Sirp said, but I am willing to put forth effort to make the relationship work. I'm sure that it's probably a shocker to many of you, but some things are more important to a man than sex.
