Cel shading isn't necessarilly harder, it's just newer.

I'm not particularly fond of it myself at this point, but we'll have to wait and find out. Also, I heard that on the disc will be Ocarana of Time and another Zelda game that wasn't released in America for one of those systems that didn't make it (like dreamcast, only I can't think of the name).
