try putting shael in two sockets (shaft/vipermagi), (shako)
or the best idea is to switch whatever your gloves are to BloodFists, (40 hp 30 fhr)
that way all you have to do is take out those two 20's and put in shimmering/amber/sapphire/serpents of balance(fhr)
in...that way you dont lose any hp
