Hey I have gm wrestle and anat but how do I stun? I dont see the option on the list for making a hotkey for it. Am I just not seeing it or what?

I have been killing some liches and noticed im not getting wands. On osi you get a wand every lich. This is the best way to get id wands so yeah why are there none?
