Binary: DiabloII saved games use bitfields for character stats
Decimal: Always
Hex: Memory offsets, etc
Octal: Never used it, so that's one.

The download has a player and the codec with it. Once you install you can either run it in Media Player or the Divx Player. Personally, I prefer the divx.

I've heard the GeForce 4 will work best with a AMD cpu. Either one, really. I have a GeForce 4 128mb and it works good. I haven't used a Radeon before, so I can't tell you which is better.
