Warning about Bugged zon soj
 

It appears that the +45 minimum damage will only work with MELEE. I tried it using a bow, and the only dmg bonus I got was the 1-12 lightning damage. While using it with oculus however, I did get the bonus, as my damage jumped up by 100 minimum (I got near 200 strength on my sorc). Buyer Beware in this case. FYI, the +1 zon skills does work, it applies to zon only.

Sorry, I sold the stupid thing after I realized it's damage bonus applied to melee only. If you want to find out the hard way, go buy one yourself.
