FHR levels
 

hey r there cerain levels in which fhc makes a diff? thats what some1 told me. he said the 1st is like 40 and the second is like 80 or somethin. is this true? if it is, what exaclty are the levels and where is it capped. thnx

i believe 75% fhr is teh cap off
and i think every 5% helps but UN#1 might have a better answer

yes FHR=faster hit recovery and getting enough is something alot of people dont understand

fhr is different for all characters, lately there has been rumours that someone found out in the game coding a 5% fhr small charm only gives 4%, but the druids breakpoints are 18% for 6 fhr, then 48% for 5 fhr, then 125% for 4 fhr
on a paladin 0% is 4 fps, 32% is 3 fps, 152% is 2 fps,
a few opinions i have formulated, to each 152% on a paladin you would lose so much that it wont matter
and 32% is very attainable
for druids 125% is possible but there have been definitive tests proving that it is no different then 48% fhr
therefore most if not all druids go with 48%fhr
except for my latest dVd he has no fhr, and does well
i think these two classes are the most dependant on certain breakpoints, because barbs ww can't be interupted, and most missle characters dont worry about it, i believe these classes are most dependant on it

waht about the breaks for a sorc?

Yes i need to know also. Both of my sorcs are using about 40%

for sorcs the breaks are as follows :hit recovery frame=hrf
8 hrf0%
7 15%
6 39%
5 86%
if you have maxed dr/block and/or max block/high fcr you will need the 39% breakpoint
if you are pure sorc v sorc or some other special variant or just mf/pvm you probably will not need fhr

i get block locked like a mofo, i dont even have 1% fhr...damn i need bad o well ill hit the 39% somehow

if i counted ALL my fhr charms up i'd be like like 40 i guess lol and i have a lot of run walk charmz too

yeagf i got enough charms, but i dont want to take out my small 20's... hmm

try putting shael in two sockets (shaft/vipermagi), (shako)
or the best idea is to switch whatever your gloves are to BloodFists, (40 hp 30 fhr)
that way all you have to do is take out those two 20's and put in shimmering/amber/sapphire/serpents of balance(fhr)
in...that way you dont lose any hp

1) does anyone know if the cold mastery of the sorcs is the % or the orbs gonna pirce or the % of the enemies cold resist gonna drop.

2) and i want to know DOES anyone hav cold skill chamr with FHR

we still have soulflays bugged 08 valor
bugged string bugged eye of etlich..etc

im completely legit duel sorc
i have 80% fcr
40 fhr
and a sheal'd storm
i still get blocklocked. so.. if i got 86% fhr can i then still be blocklocked by those freakin max ias zons?
getting 86% shouldnt be a problem
30 more of bloodfist and 20 from sheal'd shako
ah i can even lose 1 charm then :)

THe formula's and charts on DiabloII.net are usually pretty accurate...
