Doom Clones?

When Doom first came out, followed by it was a bunch of doom clones... mostly crap but one I will never forget. What was your favorite Doom clone? Mine is Strife.

The first EVER game I played on the computer was a FPS, it was Duke Nukam 3d.

The first game I played was Monopoly back when most games were based on colored text in an 80x25 array on your screen, 30Mhz was unheard of, and most people had CGA monitors.

As for DOOM, I've just played the original and the sequal and edited the heck out of it. Even with the very basic and underfeatured triggering system they had, you could make some interesting things happen. Of course, todays games give you much more freedom when editing levels.
