I don't know about this...it's a GEOCITIES site. And the pics look photoshopped.

it does doesnt it? and it doesnt look like the pics come right from his TV... so that would mean it comes from somewhere else and that means that more ppl should have known about it and that means that it sure would have been on gamefaqs or anything and that would mean that i should have known about it a long time ago since i go to there sit alot and that would mean hat uhm i... that i uhhh... ye well uhm ill just wait for some sucker to go and try before i will try it hehehe...

That "i" in the "Toad's awesome speed is yours to command!" looks a bit suspicious, doesn't it? And plus, all of the pictures with toad show him running (like he does in the Adventure Mode, first level), instead of attacking (which would be difficult to show), and may've been put there from a different screen capture.

On the first picture there's a life indictator thing ( the little head ) of Toad up in the top left corner.... now why the hell would that be there?

Actually, that icon is a red Yoshi head. It indicates how many Yoshis you have left to defeat in that stage.

this all looks like the "luigi in super mario" tricks. they would give u these super long instructions on how to get him, but these tasks were impossible. also luigi was NOT in SM64.

i believe there was a memory alteration you could make to put him in.

Or you could just use a shitty color-glitch gameshark code and make Mario look SIMILAR to Luigi. Of course, doing that would then fuck up the entire color scheme for the rest of the game.

plus it changes everything else that was previously red into green :/
