Have any of you tried it? Does anyone see the point? As far as I've seen, it's just Facebook but bogged down in way too much Javascript.

It seems to be very much oriented around sharing, more so than Facebook and Twitter. Indeed, I've split my friends into a number of circles that I share specific things to.
