So my dad just informed me that my mom just got laid off about 30 minutes ago... She was one of the managers at the local newspaper, and has worked there for atleast 6 years. It really pisses me off though because I know she worked her ass off and loved her job at the same time.

Gah, I feel bad for her. :(
