That quest can seriously put a downer on your day. A friend of mine was cursing his computer to hell by the time he finally managed to find the book. There is a trick though, I just refused to fill him in on it ;).

Lol. It's not hard. The actual book has smaller "sparkles" coming out of it.

He was literally picking up books for close to 30 minutes. It wouldn't spawn for him, he was pissed. The trick I know is that the actual book you need has 1/2 white pages and 1/2 brown (iirc) or something like that, its been so long.

That looks thoroughly maddening. I've never done that quest, though. I assume it's alliance?
