Tongue Twisters
This is the thread for posting your favorite tongue twisters. As for anyone that doesn't know what a tongue twister is, it's a sentence or phrase of words usually starting with the same letter that jumbles your tongue as you say them as fast as you can. I will post some examples:
Fat frogs flying past fast Twelve twins twirled twelve twigs Freshly fried fresh flesh |
Boohoo no one has enthusiasm to post tongue twisters... Oh well

Impudent imp! Impatience is immoral. Indeed, it is illicit, ignoble, imbecilic, insulting - impatience, if impetuous, is impertinent, impious, improper! It implies indigent imagination. Inert imagination! Inept imagination!! Ineffably indolent imagination!!! It is infuriatingly insalubrious.
I mean, come on, the thread is only two and a half hours old. And try saying that with a mouth full of stone. :) |
Vlassic classic: She sells seashells by the seashore.

Nice poem, though I can't help my impatience sometimes, whatever!
A tree toad loved a she-toad Who lived up in a tree. He was a two-toed tree toad But a three-toed toad was she. The two-toed tree toad tried to win The three-toed she-toad's heart, For the two-toed tree toad loved the ground That the three-toed tree toad trod. But the two-toed tree toad tried in vain. He couldn't please her whim. From her tree toad bower With her three-toed power The she-toad vetoed him |
