What exactly is spaming? What qualifies as 'spam'? And why is it bad?

Gotta agree here. Every single topic recently is being littered with dumbass, unintelligent posts by a few certain individuals. If you're incapable of having a decent conversation, don't post in the topic. It's that simple. The Chatterbox is the place for spam. That's the reply he's referring to. It contained significant content, however due to the forum not being a sentient being it doesn't know that, and still imposes its rules of significant content on me due to my post not matching the primitive criteria used to judge whether or not a post is significant.
