Psychological Color Personality Test

A couple months ago I found a book that my dad had called, "The Lüscher Color Test." In the book it had 8 different colored cards, with numbers on the back of each of them. Then you'd go through and choose which colors you liked the best 1 through 8, the eighth choice being the least liked color.

It then gave you an in-depth interpretation of the colors you chose, traits of your personality and explained what you mainly struggle with, what you want to achieve, etc.

Now, at first I thought the book was bullshit because I didn't think it was possible to determine all of the personal information from a selection of 8 different colors. After taking the test in the book, and reading what it had to say, I was absolutely stunned by how accurate it was.

Since I can't post the book online, I found a website that uses the same color/number correlation but doesn't go nearly as in depth as the book does.

So try it out and let me know your opinions:

The page is somewhat confusing at first, so here's a pic to help:

And? What did you get?

From the online test I got:

PROBLEM UNDERLYING THE PRESENT STRESS -- Needs to achieve a stable and peaceful condition, enabling him to free himself of the worry that he may be prevented from achieving all the things he wants.

DESIRED OBJECTIVE -- Wants to prove to himself and others that nothing can affect him, that he is superior to any form of weakness. As a result, he acts with harshness or severity and adopts an autocratic and self-willed attitude.

CURRENT INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR -- Feels trapped in a distressing or uncomfortable situation and seeking some way of gaining relief. Able to achieve satisfaction through sexual activity providing no turmoil or emotional agitation is involved.

I think the "Achieving satisfaction through sexual activity" is actually drug abuse, but that's my personal opinion.

PROBLEM UNDERLYING THE PRESENT STRESS -- Wants to be valued and respected, and seeks this from a close and peaceful association of mutual esteem.

DESIRED OBJECTIVE -- Seeks success. Wants to overcome obstacles and opposition and to make his own decisions. Pursues his objectives single-mindedly and with initiative. Does not want to feel dependent on the good will of others.

CURRENT INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR -- Egocentric and therefore quick to take offense, leaving him rather isolated in his attachments.

I disagree. I never behave inappropriately.
