My Life

Is the best it's seriously been, ever.

I am about to drop out of college, I have a steady girlfriend and we're doing great together. I'm about to start working full-time again and save enough money to move by the time she's done with school and we're going to start a life together and life happily ever after.

All after I quit WoW everything has been going right again, wow, Fuck video games!

I have a job, a girlfriend, and I'm still going to college.

Oops.

But good job on not playing videogames!

I wouldn't drop out of college dude. Focus on your grades and your education and worry about the women later. Yeah, you can have a girlfriend through college but don't make that your top priority. Get a diploma, a good job, and then you'll be financially secure enough to take care of that girl and do whatever the hell you want.

I made the same mistake, I dropped out after a semester at college to work full-time and get my own place. I would have my own place by now if I didn't get arrested and have to drop $1500 on that bitch ass situation. Seriously, I realized that college is so important.. I plan on going back next semester. All I'm saying is, it's probably in your and HER best interest if you stayed.

Nah, don't listen to them. School's for fools!

It's good that you've overcome WoWcoholism, too.

Dropping out of College eh? Why not just take the minimum number of classes needed to be a full time student or some shit? I'm taking some 14 credit hours of classes and holding a 32+ hr a week job ok. Given I work most of thouse hours on fri/sat/sun... but meh.

Good luck not relapsing into WoW! And don't prerder the xpac.... -.-

gruesomeBODY 2006-09-18 12:50 PM

yea, do what sov suggested. Take the min number of classes and earn the credits. It will be worth it in your future instead of being a drop out.

I'm only dropping school for this semester, I left that part out.

I am going to be taking Online courses next semester 'online' and then I can work at my leisure wherever I want and my work is forwarded to me and I have until the next class period to have it finished, which is just like being in high school again in the AP courses.

But yeah, I'm only in community college, so if I decided just to drop what i'm doing now, it's not like it's going to set me back financially or anything, I just want to do some living again before I get serious. But in reverse order I am being serious by wanting to live on my own and start my life, I'll figure things out as time goes by.

Good thing you're in a community college and deciding and not some priced out the ass university. It's fucking pitiful how expensive Unis are nowadays.

Yes very true. The high ass cost of tuition is pathetic now-a-days, atleast the Comm colleges are still somewhat low and affordable, shit my Loan doesn't have to be paid off until I graduate out of school, and if I don't, in 10 years I can start making payments. Which is awesome.

im getting raped out of the ass with tution at my school. Its hard to believe that they promote that in ten years, ill be able to pay them back.
