How does that work? He's got 4 posts... yet he's got his avatar working?! Whatever happened to the good old "10 posts beforeyou can have an avatar"?

I smell glitch.

He put himself in a no postcount group. Maybe that did it.

I wonder if the same thing happens with Sigs, too.
